4. SMS/MMS Messaging & Mobile Opt-In Data

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us (for example, by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form or quote request form), we may send you SMS/MMS messages related to estimate follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, service notifications, and customer service communications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

We retain your contact information and project records for as long as necessary to fulfill our business obligations, provide ongoing service, and comply with legal requirements. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
